And In This Space is a boutique Yoga & Fitness Studio situated in Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo.
A hub for wellness where you are encouraged to move your body, to explore your capabilities, and to improve your quality of life. We offer yoga classes for all ages and abilities, and offer closely coached fitness classes.

Opened in May 2022 by partners Louise Cunnane and Dan Geering with a goal to make Yoga and Fitness accessible & welcoming to all. And In This Space aims to provide the individual with a place where they can unwind, be supported with their goals, and make time for themselves. In the world of Wellness, where things can become overly complicated and overwhelming, we simplify and nurture.

The studio specialises in small group classes and online programming. Currently providing Yoga courses for beginners and pre/post-natal mothers as well as exciting drop-in classes throughout the week.
